About
In this age of Artificial Intelligence (AI) I spend considerable time figuring out how to use the digital technology tools of our time to solve meaningful problems.
Over the past 20 years I have evolved from building websites and mobile applications to building cloud-native applications and deploying them to cloud infrastructure. In recent years I have worked with Udacity to train developers to build and deploy cloud-native applications to Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform. Outside of work, you'll find me running, playing table-tennis or playing football. I love watching sports. I speak at tech gatherings where emerging concepts are discussed and I mentor up-and-coming software engineers.
My current experience involves solving the engineering, security and cost problems that afflict large-scale users of cloud services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
