WINDING-UP EXERCISE AND PASSING OUT PARADE

The National Youth Service Corps year for batch 'A' 2008/2009 came to an official end on February 26th, 2009. The Ocassion was held at the Murda Lawal Stadium, Asero, Abeokuta.

The event began with a matching parade by the out-going corps members. After the parade the NYSC Ogun State Coordinator Mr Ezekiel 0. Aiyedogbon gave a speech in which he thanked God for the successful end to yet another service year programme. He also commended the out-going members for having behaved themselves over the course of the year. He urged them to continue serving Nigeria in the spirit of the NYSC even as they conclude their official service year and wished them success in their future endearvours. He then declared the service year for NYSC batch 'A' 2008/2009, Ogun State, officially over.

Corps members where then issued with their NYSC discharge certificates.
